	Special Notes:  A dark, stoic Turk, Youssenian had a hard childhood in Istanbul, where he was raised in an orphanage.  He keeps his emotions deeply buried, and does not make friends easily.  He practices the Muslim religion, but is not as devout as he would like to be – a concession made necessary by his duties in Starfleet.  Youssenian has been commended for his efficiency over the course of his eight years of service.
