| Special Notes: Mullens is a long and lean scholarly young man who came to the *Sulu* from the USS *Inspiration*, an old Constitution-class recommissioned after the Dominion War to serve in the fleet as a functioning piece of Starfleet history. Mullens became increasingly frustrated with the "busy work" he was assigned as a Geologist Mate aboard the largely ceremonial vessel and opted instead for a career in Security. After a quick few months of intensive course work, Mitchell rightly judged that his new skills would be useless aboard the *Inspiration* and finally got his transfer to a real service vessel as a Weapons Specialist. |
