Background Like most planets, Risa is a planet of two sides. The rich, beautiful, touristy and hotel-dominated side, and the very little known slums of the city of Tinka'sa.

Sikara was born there as the son of a prostitute and any one of five or more fathers. Sikara was soon dumped at a hospice at the age of three when his mother could not cope anymore.

Sikara went from rich family to poor family, to poor family and then finally to another rich family. This happened for six years, during which Sikara became irritable and annoyed.

His adopted parents, Juliu and Tipon'Sa were good to him. They gave him the opportunity to go to school and learn to read and write. Unfortunately Sikara had behavior problems and all of the schools and his classmates rejected him as the 'scum from the slums.'

By the time Sikara was 18 he hadn't been in school for four years and was only hanging onto his adopted parents due to their possible embarrassment if he were to be too much for them.

Luckily Sikara found something that he loved. Cookery. Jumping on this chance his adopted parents sent him to a technical college where he became quite skilled as a chef.

After college, Sikara left his home and became a chef in a number of different establishments.

Now at the age of 27, Sikara is bored with his life on Risa and has applied to the Chefless USS Sulu to take him to the final frontier.
Personality Profile Not the most stable of folks, nobody is sure whether Sikara is a good guy, not even himself.

When he makes friends, he holds them special, as he has only ever had one friend. He enjoys talking to people and cooking special orders.
Physical Description Not the tallest of Risans, who are usually tall. Reasonably handsome, but not quite a beautiful face.
