Her dedication and single-mindedness took her into studies and she graduated in the top 6% of her class, allowing her entry into Starfleet Academy. She chose the medical and counselling professions and continued to Starfleet Medical where she became a Nurse Practitioner and qualified Counsellor. Alexia's parents still live in Melbourne. Her father is a teacher in a high school and her mother is an executive secretary for the CEO of a major Engineering firm. They are ordinary people with a happy marriage – Alexia would say that they are "boring". Her older brother still lives at home with her parents at 33yrs old, with no ambitions – it seems that her parents put all of their hard work and effort into Alexia as she showed the most potential. As such Cameron hates his younger sister and they have nothing in common. At the end of Alexia's cadet cruise on the Honshu she was given her choice of assignment, between the USS Galaxy and USS Sulu. She chose the Sulu because of her extended mission into the Gamma Quadrant. Alexia wants to see the universe – more, she wants to see parts of it that no-one else has seen. She wants to break away from the boring and mundane life that her parents and brother share and explore the unknown. She met up with the Sulu on DS9 and has been working in medical on Gamma shift, minding her affairs and getting settled in. Now she's been transferred to Alpha shift. |

the Melbourne Olympics in 2368 and retired to enter
schooling with a Bronze medal.
