It's like an infestation the way these criminals multiply. Everyday, there seem to be ten more for every one that is arrested by my security force. That just won't do. I first acquired the position of Administrator of the Drogen Shipyards three years ago, while it was under the ownership of Dargus Kandran. Of course, it went against everything I stood for to work under a nefarious creature such as he, but how could I pass up such an opportunity?

After his supposed death, I was left to clean up the disgusting mess he created. He allowed all kinds of unsavoury elements to roam freely on the station. They made themselves quite comfortable during that time and made the station a haven for villains from all over the system - even the Outer Rim. That was the state of the shipyards when I assumed ownership. The preposterous laws applied by Dargus Kandran made it quite legal for those base fiends to operate on my station without interference, but I felt it was time for a change.

I attempted to change the laws, forbidding those parasites from inhabiting my station, but they were comfortably settled and, being criminals, they had no qualms about breaking the laws and remaining where they were. One solution was to isolate them to the lower levels of the station, but the only thing this accomplished was to allow them to engage in their illegal activities while free from interference by my security force. Well, that changed soon enough. I announced a bounty hunting program to clean out those lower levels. Essentially, I turned them against each other by offering credits for the capture of any suspected of running an illicit business on my station.

This has been somewhat successful, but my main problem lies with funding. There merely isn't enough money to sustain such a project for very long. But, I won't let this discourage me. I will have my station cleared of this scum. The shipyards will become as grand and immaculate as I have always envisioned it could be. It is the only thing in this life I truly care about, therefore I will dedicate all my time and efforts towards curing it of its affliction.

Those parasites will be exterminated, and once they are, any whose intentions are impure will know better than to venture near my station. If they do, I'll make certain their stay is quite short, yet extremely painful and unpleasant.
