- Offworld Fashion - a quality clothing store run by Gladyne Faeg.
- The Morality Guard - an officially sanctioned police force that maintains a strict code of morality within New Plouton. The board of the Morality Guard is comprised of offworlders from several different parts of the galaxy. The high prince allowed the Morality Guard to exist as long as they maintained the laws that were royal decree.
- Trancemania - A nightclub with some of the best trance music and dance remixes ever made with the top notch lighting effects. The bars are all served by women.
