Professional History:
Until the truth was discovered by Keeve, Kimara believed she had been created in a lab aboard Dargus Kandran's cruiser during Maeren Shivral's first sojourn aboard his ship. Maeren and her twin Saris wer created for the purpose of being pleasure slaves who could entertain both Dargus, his people, and those with whom he wished to curry favour. An accident left Kimara with no memory of her former life, believing she was a cloned slave. Once freed from that life, she found herself with few skills to get along in the world, though she found within herself a talent for illustration and sculpture, as well as an almost unnatural gift for music. Merrick Braston has been nurturing her artistic talents as much as he can.

Background:
Kimara believed she was created through a very complicated process in a cloning laboratory onboard Dargus Kandra's cruiser. The intention behind the cloning, as opposed to the many soldiers also being produced by the cloning facilities under Dargus Kandran's operation, was as a pleasure slave. After the genetic and growth acceleration processes were complete, the M-series clones were then programmed with everything they would require to be the ultimate pleasure slave.

The truth, only recently discovered, was that Kimara was the one born on Tev Ronon IV. An accident wiped out all of her memories, and so she remained on the ship to be treated as a clone and a pleasure slave. She remembers very little of her time before the accident. Maeren has all her old memories.

When Dargus was defeated on the planet below, Kim and Saris were left behind on the cruiser. They were discovered by Oot Kovan and liberated by both Keeve and Oot. Before taking them each away from the cruiser, Keeve gave them new names. Kim couldn't help from falling in love with the man who had married Maeren Shivral, the woman from whom she believed herself to have been cloned.

Keeve seemed to have taken to Kimara quite quickly as well, but because of his marriage, he kept her at an emotional distance. Kim pined for him, but knew there was little hope. She was allowed the opportunity to help Keeve by posing as Maeren to help stop the brothers of Zale Tregat from causing further trouble. In order to do so, Kim had to have her body pierced and tattooed exactly as Maeren's had been. After the trouble with the Tregats was settled, she decided to keep the modifications.

Once peace had been restored, and it was safe again, Kim began a normal life, attempting to become her own person rather than just a clone of Maeren. It would be a long road, and her heart would ever yearn for Keeve's love. In time, perhaps he would be able to give it to her.

Personality:
Kimara is a very happy and carefree young woman. She's always quick to smile and find the positive side of a situation. She is filled with love and has much for everyone, though no one else could ever match the love she feels for Keeve.

Form of Dress:
Kim doesn't wear a lot of clothing, something that would have been more appropriate to life lived on Agarra, a place she has never been but remembers through shared memories with Maeren. When she has to wear shoes, she wears sandals. Maeren believes that Kim wears the clothing she does as a way to entice Keeve. Though, she believes it could also be because of her past as a pleasure slave. Kim's belief is that she just wears what feels comfortable and what makes her feel good.
