The sun was unbearable again. But, it'd been unbearable every day since her arrival on the desert planet. Kallia nodded to the woman across from her small vending cart. "Thirty-seven," she said in an even tone.

The woman looked over the melon and then up to Kallia. "Thirty-five," she said. "It's not as fresh."

"It's as fresh as you'll find on this planet," Kallia said in response. "Thirty-six."

The woman eyed Kallia's belly, now showing signs of her pregnancy. She could see a scowl cross the woman's face and she quickly looked up to meet Kal's eyes. "You can't use your baby to sway me," she said. "Thirty."

Kallia rolled her eyes and looked at the woman. "Thirty is less than cost," she said. "You can't find a ripe melon on this planet for less than thirty-six, and that's almost going bad."

The woman sneered, sniffed, and turned from the cart. She moved quickly down toward the next fruit vendor. It wasn't long before Kallia saw an argument begin there. She shook her head and moved to the stool behind her cart. She sat heavily, part from exhaustion, part from the changes her body was going through.

The doctors said she was two months along, the child's development appeared to go farther along than normal. She was definitely beginning to feel it. How had she gotten herself into such a mess? How could she have run out the way she did? But, after the fight with Yelara, after losing Yelara, she knew she couldn't stay any longer.

She sighed and started counting through the money she'd earned for the day. Not nearly enough. Gorva would be unhappy, but he knew not to confront her with his anger. She no longer had her lightsaber, but she could still handle herself in a twist. The smile that formed at the thought of her lightsaber was a bittersweet one. She'd given the lightsaber, the first she'd created, to Yelara. Something to remember her by. She couldn't help wondering if Yelara thought of her as often as she thought of Yelara. She couldn't think of an hour that had passed since she'd arrived on this Force-forsaken planet where she hadn't.

Tears stung at her eyes, but she quickly dropped her trained emotional defenses into place. It wouldn't do to have a fruit vendor crying while tending her cart. She would cry for her loss later, as she had every night since her arrival. Though, nothing brought her more tears than the life growing inside her. A child she'd conceived with Dargus Kandran. A shiver ran down her spine at the memories of Dargus. While he had been a good lover, his dark taint had always left her with an unpleasant feeling.

At least Dargus wouldn't find her here. Her contact back on Tae'Karada informed her that Dargus had quickly reverted to his evil ways. And, he was involved in another sinister plot that involved a Force user, and she knew that the purposes of that could come to no good. It didn't take a lot of wisdom to know that Dargus was crafting a weapon for himself, and the last report from her contact had spelled that out quite clearly.

And, then the reports stopped.

She could only imagine that her agent within Dargus' ship had been found out. A twinge of regret reverberated inside, yet another pain to fill her heart. Kallia knew that whatever had happened to the young woman, it would not have been pleasant. Anyone crossing Dargus Kandran's path rarely lived long enough to enjoy the defiance, and those caught spying on him were probably dealt with even more severely.

She pushed the thoughts aside, not wanting to stir the dark feelings Dargus had put in her heart. He had forced from her the woman she truly loved in life, the only person she could ever see herself with. Damn you, Dargus, she swore under her breath. She rubbed her belly protectively. "His darkness will never touch you, little one," she whispered. "You will be raised in the light, and far from Dargus Kandran's darkness."

A shadow crossed her cart, and Kallia looked up. She smiled at the customer waiting there. "Good afternoon, sir," she said. "Mogava melons fresh today," she said. "Just off the transport."

He grunted and began inspecting the fruit. He looked up at her, and smiled. "Thirty-seven."

Kylas woke in the morning and smiled at Elisia. Why did I have to fall for an angel? He smiled and kissed her lightly on the forehead. He moved from the bed without waking her. He put on pants and a baggy shirt. He walked out into the living area. I should try and do something for her, he thought for a moment and then the idea hit him.

He contacted his old friends in the Imperial command and got a few traces put out on Elisia's mother. She was sold into slavery, she should be easy to find.

"Hmm no it is still night." She rolled over and smiled up at to him. "So come back to bed."

He smiled. "I have some good news. I put out feelers and may have found where your mother is." He smiled and snuggled back itno bed. "And yes it is morning, but I suppose your training can wait a bit." He tossled her hair.

"My mother?" Elisia looked up at him. Did she dare hope her mother might still live? "Are you sure? I have so much to ask her."

"I'm not exactly sure, but I have a few contacts in imperial command and a look up in registries. It states she was traded to mines on an off course planet about two years ago." He carressed her. "I'm sorry I upset you."

"You did not upset me. If she is alive, I do wish to find her. I have enough credits to buy her," Elisia said with relief.

"Very well, when do you wish to depart?" He smiled down at her.

"Yesterday," she said with a laugh. "But maybe we could have more lessons right here first." She leaned up and kissed him gently.

"Ahhh what do you wish to learn?" He smiled and kissed her gently.

"What do you feel like teaching," she said huskily.

He raised an eyebrow. "I take it this is one of those subtle hints you give." He smiled and kissed her deeply and held her chin for a momnet before moving his over her body.

"I did not think it so subtle. After all, I have not closed my mind to you," she teased.

He smiled. "Nor I to you. Maybe we should pratice a little more." He smiled and kissed her neck and gently licked at her soft skin. His hands pulled the blanket back and moved up the curve of her belly with slight gentle movements. He lightly ran his hands under the curve of her breasts.

"I can be quite diligent at practice," she said with a gentle smile. Her hands tangled in his hair.

He smiled back at her. "Perhaps, you should take your first test in these lessons soon." He smiled and kissed down her neck to the valley between her breasts and kissed around her warm body. His fingers lightly rubbed her breasts then his motions grew a little firmer, as he lightly pinched her nipples and gently rolled them between his fingers.

"A test." She gasped as pleasure flooded through her. "And what would such a test entail?"

"Use your imagination. The test would be for you to take control." He finished speaking and locked his lips around on of her breasts and suckled gently. His free hand moved down under the blanket and started to lightly stroke her lower belly working slowly lower.

"But I like you in control," she gasped out. His touch sent shivers of pleasure coursing through her body. It was deliciously enticing and made conscious thought very very difficult.

"I know," he chimed back and kissed back over to her other breast and sucked her nipple gently increasing his pressure. His hands moved down her side and caressed her behind gently and the other hand parted her lower lips and he drew his middle finger inside her warmth and massaged her insides.

His movements soon had Elisia all but begging for more. Her soft moans and encouraging hands spoke for her. He had a way of quickly making her feel wonderful and yet in need of more. She pushed his hands away and rolled him over. She trailed kisses down his body and gently drew him into her mouth, experimenting with taking control as he had suggested. So experiment she did, with tongue, fingers and mouth, all directed at his own arousal.

He groaned, "Oh my." He looked down at her and lightly caressed her face. "Certainly not shy anymore," he gasped out. He thought it was time to teach her something else. He smiled and leaned up. Catching one of her legs he gently pulled her around so her sex was over his face and he started to lightly lick at her and caress her backside.

Elisia gave at the same intensity he was creating. Her moans soon caressed him as much as her mouth did. She opened her mind to him completely, enhancing his pleasure with her own.

He was in heaven. He smiled and gently drew his tongue past her lower lips and dug it into her as far as he could and licked around at her. He melded his mind to hers, raising her pleasure as he could and lightly licked over her bump at the same time.

When Elisia could take no more she turned and lowered herself onto him. She knew what she needed now. She was a quick study and the pleasure was intense. She could feel his deepest thoughts and needs. It was a wonderful melding of body and soul. She slowly increased the pace, her hands bracing against his chest.

He smiled. "Enjoying being in control." He rested his hands on her hips and slid her up and down as far she could go, his hips thrusting back against her.

"Immensely," she gasped. "Do I pass?"

"Flying colors." He moaned and thrust faster into her. "You're amazing." He leaned up and started to kiss wildly at her neck.

The passion broke within her. A wildness she did not know she possessed sprung from her. She made love to him with complete and wild abandon. Her kisses, her movements and her moans lost in the expression of an extreme passion.

His passion finally engulfed him and he moved back against her more wildly. He needed her more than anything and his body showed it in the new rates of speed he was moving.

Time seemed to suspend as the passion broke in waves over Elisia. She transferred the feelings to Kylas, knowing that she could share her pleasure this way with him. It was wild and uncontrolled and she lost control of both her movements and what she shared with him as her body tightened against him.

His passion grew by leaps and bounds. He rolled over and pulled her legs up onto his torso. His mind raced faster as he started to move against her with more force. His body quaked from the release, but he kept going, feeling his waves build higher and higher as he moved with her.

Elisa thought she would die, so great was the pleasure. She cried out his name as the feelings of intensity from his abandoned movements swirled within her.

He contiued against her, moving with the abandon. He felt his mind and body lost in hers. He continued without pause.

The feelings of tension began to coil within Elisia again. She had lost all conscious thought. Her movements were pure instinct, her cries pure pleasure. Her hands grasped the pillow above her head in desperate passion.

Kylas moved into her. His movement more wild than before. Her instinct hit him and it only made him move harder. His hands grasped her breasts for leverage as he hammered into her as hard as he could. His emotions were at their peak as his passion coiled and burst what seemed like many times over.

Elisia was totally lost in sensation. Just when she thought that intimacy could not get better, he proved her wrong. She cried out his name as release washed over her for a second time.

He was finally calming down as his release finished. "Wow," was all he was able to breathe out.

Elisia could not speak. She was stunned. Her body shivered from pleasurable waves still washing over her. She pulled him down and kissed him, holding him close with arms and legs.

He kissed her back deeply. His mind was very open now so much that he didn't even realize what he was about to say. "I love you," he whispered in her ear

"I know," Elisia whispered back. She had felt it growing within him. She knew she felt something for him as well, but did not know if she could yet call it love.

She nodded and concentrated on slowing her heart. She did so with relative ease. Since she had relaxed, her abilities were more easily accessed. She stretched out beside him. "If we must cut down...does that mean it can get better?" The idea both excited and alarmed her.

"Yes," he answered simply. "We can try again later but for now, try to rest a bit." He smiled and tickled her sides.

"What did you mean by what should we do now? Did you mean as in right now or us?" She looked up at him.

"Both." He looked at her.

"Now, I should go make breakfast," she said softly. "Us, I don't know."

"How about we just simply cuddle and warm each other now?" He wrapped his arm around her. "Breakfast can wait for a few hours." He smiled. "Besides I'm not that hungry right now, more tired than anything."

Elisia giggled. "I am always hungry. Can't you tell?" She snuggled tightly to him. "What do you think we should do with us?"

"I don't know." He smiled. "But if we keep going like this, you'll know more about adult relations than I can teach and you'll end up teaching me a thing or two." He smiled.

"I didn't think you were talking about sex," she answered softly.

"I wasn't, but not much can be done until you know what you feel." He looked down at her. "I love you but until you are certain, I do not know what to do." He looked at her and caressed her face. "Where could we go with a relationship unless both of us are certain?"

"I thought you said love was not a certain thing?" She picked up her head and looked at him. "I am afraid to love you," she admitted slowly.

"Love is not, but if you love someone, you can make certainty by drawing strength from one another." He smiled and looked at her. "Are you sure?" He looked deeply into her eyes.

She was thinking of his words, so his question caught her off guard. "Am I sure of what?"

He said: "After all you've been through, you are afraid to give one person a chance." He looked at her. "Are you afraid of being hurt?"

"I guess. Everything I love, dies or leaves," she said worriedly.

"I'll try not, I promise." He kissed her forehead and gently held her to him.

It made her feel better, his promise. "I like that there is an us," she confided, listening to the birds chatter in the morning sun.

He smiled. "So do I." He looked down at her. "Well, do you want to get a little sleep, because I'm more than comfortable right here," he asked, kissing her forehead.

"Okay." She snuggled close, one leg and one arm wrapped around him. She was content where she was at. She could stay like this forever.

He gently held her close and allowed her to rest anyway she wanted. Tomorrow they would start the hunt for her mother.

"Financial Hunts"

Location: New Plouton, Tae'Karada

While in the shipyards she thought it best to have as her number one priority to get to the planet surface, where she was told many prizes were to be collected, both for her and for the exchange of money. She would have to contact some of the heads of major corporations or major crime lords in order to know what or whom might be of value to capture...

She bought her way to the surface at a transport that was headed for New Plouton. The captain, a low life mutant-looking man accepted the money with no questions asked, and she got her gear and moved out to his ship. It seemed he was transporting spare parts for repairing other ships that might need assistance.

She knew he noticed her strange look as well as her weapons and the little else things she carried. Alas, he had been wise enough not to look too much nor double cross her, as she could be quite influent to those around her due to her intimidating looks.

Once on the planet's surface, she got out of the ship without looking back. She knew that the man who had given her a ride was looking at her walking away, but surely enought he knew how to keep his mouth shut as it could be bad for him and his bussiness to have someone brought in clandestine. And that was precisely why Daemor'rah was on this planet!

The streets reminded her somewhat of her old days back in Nar Shadda, but those were times she wanted to forget. Her former master who had wronged her and all the vile who would not think twice before giving their best friends out in exchange for money... But she was no better as she would not need to think twice before sending them to their deaths under her own hands. Perhaps a minor problem considering they had it coming to them! Might as well get things over with once and for all!

While hanging around she overheard a talk between two men about a man called Vicks Mason and his ship the Tae'Karada Star... The name was not unknown to her as she had heard it before.

"Vicks Mason... Mason... Tae'Karada Star..." she mumbled to herself. Of course! He was a smuggler and wanted by the Empire, with a dead or alive bounty on his head. Apparently he had the Empire as well as the Hutts. Now it was only a question of who would pay better for this man, how much was he really worth to either of them... Besides, she could use the money anyway so it might prove useful for her to give her time.

As for her personal hunts, well that would have to wait, for now...
