"Wandering Around, Part 1"

Alisson had returned to the Royal palace in Arcadia as
she had little to do left in the shipyards. She had
the High Prince be informed that Elisia was not on the planet
at the current time, and that she had gone with her
Master Jedi onto Corellia.
After arrival she stripped from her dressings and
started to prepare a good warm long bath in her
chambers. She was well taken care of and had luxurious
accomodations. She undressed herself and slipped naked
into the warm waters that awaited her. They felt good
on touch, with special fluids and oils for relaxation.
She thought about the day and how Kandran had been
quite the rude person. He even had considered himself
as a playboy who could have anyone he wanted. To offer
her his bed. Well, he wasn't going to have her, that
was for sure. She cleared her mind and simply laid
there, the steam coming out of the hot water dampening
the air. It felt good, very good.
After a full hour dipping she came out and didn't even
bother to dry herself. She laid naked in her bed, not
even covering herself. The cool air felt good, and
eventually her skin dried naturally, and it felt soft
and neat. The oils from several systems were good. She
remembered getting them in Commerce City. Perhaps she
should get some more, or have someone get them for
her.
In the morning she got up as the sun rised. She
meditated for some time and then dressed herself in
courtly dressings. She chose a cream skirt that fell
down to her knees and was semi-transparent with some
thin silk underwear covering her most intimate parts
and a small top with a modern look, having two slashes
in black that barely covered her breasts. Her hair was
tied in the back in an exquisite way, made by a droid
assembled for that purpose. Alas she wore almost no
makeup, just a light purple colour in her eyes to give
some shade.
She walked alone through the palace, admiring its
beauty as she had done so many times in the past. It
was indeed a beauty that one would not cease to admire
no matter how may times she had seen it. It was old
and kept a lot of history within its walls, history
with which one could learn a lot. Amidst her walk she
could not bear herself to hear the High Princess talking to
Kandran as he had placed his call onto the palace.
Obviously she had not been unnoticed, so she moved on
further to the High Princess and bowed her head in respect.
"Good day, My Lady... I could not refrain from hearing
Lord Kandran. Is there anything I may do to your aid?"
she asked politely.

Kalaira Ardelyr-Valreth - Tae'Karadan High Princess

Kalaira had just finished speaking to Mr. Kandran when
a young woman entered her presence. Looking up in
surprise, she assessed her quickly. "Who are you and
what are you doing within my offices?"
"My name is Alisson Blair, My Lady. I work directly
for His Majesty the High Prince. I believe I work for you too
now, since you are my High Princess," she answered. "I mean no
harm, and did not mean to interfere with your
privacy..."
"I am sorry, I was not made aware of your presence or
employ. What exactly is it that you do?" Kalaira sat
down and indicated a seat to the young woman.
Alisson sat down as the High Princess had indicated. "I am a
personal Royal messenger to his Majesty, but am also
what you would call a hitwoman and a spy... Alas I
tend to do a lot of different things. Almost anything
that is required of me, your Highness."
"Really? A spy? I don't suppose it is to much to
hope that Kandran hasn't met you," Kalaira said
thoughtfully.
"Actually I have met him, your Highness. He knows I am
a Royal messenger, as well as trained in the ways of
the force. Apparently so is he..." she replied.
"Darn, I would love to infiltrate someone in there." She sighed.
"Might I suggest Twi'leks, your Majesty. They come
from the planet Ryloth, and few things are as graceful
as a female Twi'lek in motion. They are a badge of
prestige, a sign of influence and wealth," Alisson
informed. "But above all they could be good
infiltrators to learn more about Kandran. And since he
is known to have certain appetites, I am sure they
would satisfy his needs... I can have it arranged."
"Do that. The specific person I want information on
is Evie Melouet. But everything over there is of
interest to me," Kalaira said thoughtfully.
"Then with your permission, My Lady, I shall do so.
Now about this other incident... Perhaps I could offer
my services? I have a cloaked starfighter and could
easily pick up the girl that Kandran mentioned and
retrieve her here..." Alisson suggested.
Kalaira thought for a moment. "I have a feeling, she
will not come here willingly. Why don't you head that
way and stay in contact. I might have need of that
just to save her from herself. She is on the run for
some reason."
"Then I shall leave at once..." Alisson informed. And
with that she turned back and headed out.
"Corellia: Going Home, Part 1"
By: Yelara Neerou - Foreman, Drogen Shipyards
Kace Mordin - Grey Jedi
Location: En route to Tae'Karada
Date: Saris 10, 3 ABY
***
Kace sat in the cockpit of his ship; he was staring off into the distance,
but seeing nothing. They'd been in space for just over a day. He hadn't
left the small confines of the Corellia's control centre since their
departure. He was vaguely aware of the indicators around him, but paid
little attention to anything else. The pain inside was too great.
He was conscious of Yelara's presence toward the rear of the ship, off the
main cabin in her room. They hadn't spoken since their last fight. Lately,
that was all they did.
He knew he was throwing away something wonderful, but he knew that to sit by
while she repeatedly went to Dargus Kandran's bed would drive him insane.
To
know that he sat alone while the woman he loved was off being pleasured by a
man he loathed with every fiber of his being would tear him apart and leave
nothing but darkness and hate. Kace had walked that path before, and he
would not walk it again, no matter how much he loved Yelara.
Kace fought down the urge to put his fist through something breakable at the
thought of Yelara crying out Dargus' name in the heat of passion.
His thoughts were destroying him, eating him alive. He wanted to cry out
with all the anguish he felt inside, swirling about like the icy winds of
Hoth. He felt the tears in his eyes as he pushed away from the pilot's
chair, staggering toward the back of the small cockpit. The tears were hot
against his cold skin, burning tracks down toward his chin. He brushed them
away and cursed his weakness, cursed his heart for caring so much.
The darkness and hate was easy. Times like this, he wished he'd never risen
from it. To lose himself to the cold, bleak abyss would be welcome.
Kace Mordin took a long ragged breath and tried to focus his unraveling
mind. How had he fallen so far? How had he come to this? He knew his next
step would drive him thoroughly insane. But, to go back, to stay with
Yelara, that would reawaken the darkness within. Insanity would be welcome
next to returning to the abyss.
"Kace," Yelara called out quietly and with hesitation as she stood at the
opening of the control centre. She had heard him pacing in the room while
she was approaching from the corridor, and she also heard the sniffles
associated with one shedding tears. She didn't want to delude herself into
thinking that he had been crying over her, but she had been doing just the
same over him only moments ago, so it was the only reasonable assumption at
the time. "Am I disturbing you?" she asked gently. She didn't dare to
look into
his eyes; she knew she wouldn't be able to bear it if he had been crying.
Kace quickly wiped what remained of the tears away and took a step back. He
hazarded a quick glance at Yelara before putting some of his mental and
emotional defenses in place. "No," he said, trying to keep the despair he
felt from his voice. "I was just going over some things in here. Nothing
that shouldn't be disturbed. What's going on?"
Yelara started to move into the room, but she didn't want to seem
presumptuous and invade Kace's personal space. It was his ship and Yelara
felt like only a guest in it now, and as a guest, she had no right roaming
where she was not wanted. Before, she could vividly picture herself and
Kace drifting happily along through space in it, away from Dargus and away
from everything that was now standing in their way, but all those hopes had
quickly faded.
She gripped the doorframe nervously as she looked at her feet and scrambled
to find the
right words that would suddenly make things alright between them. She could
find none that would break the spell of silence, but instead, found only
questions. "Why is this happening, Kace?"
He shook his head and dropped into the navigator's seat. "I thought I could
be reasonable and understanding," he said as he stared at his hands. "But,
I realize now, now that we've been together and now that you're so close,
that I can't be. I want you too much. I don't want to share you with
anyone else. I think about it, and I... I don't know, can't explain it. I
thought I could, but with everything that's happened... If it were anyone
but Dargus, I could be more understanding, less torn apart. But, not
Dargus.
Not after everything. I thought I could be stronger, more resilient, but
it's going to destroy me."
Yelara hesitated once more, but she dared herself to walk in, to approach
Kace as she would have done so without a second thought only days ago. She
found herself towering over him as he sat in the chair, looking down at his
almost listless body. She could feel the pain and sorrow emanating from
him, and felt herself becoming absorbed in it as well. She couldn't bear to
see him like that, but she had no idea yet how to comfort him. "It doesn't
have to be like that, Kace. No matter how many times I go to Dargus, I will
always come running back to you. I love you, Kace, that's what makes you
different from Dargus. I... Look at me, Kace. Please."
Kace looked up, meeting Yelara's gaze with his own. "I can't do that
though," he said, his voice soft, barely audible. "To think of you with
him, getting pleasure from him, crying out his name..." The anger was
building again, and he quickly tried to push it away. He took a long breath
and let it out. "I can't do that."
In that instant, Yelara felt Kace slipping away from her. It was happening
again, as it happened with Kallia and she wasn't certain if she could
survive another heartbreak. With Kallia, she was determined to let herself
wither away until the pain in her heart was overshadowed by the intense
physical pain. Her plan that time had been flawed; instead of driving away
thoughts of Kallia, she found herself focusing on memories of her to keep
her mind off the hunger. If she lost Kace, she was determined to find a
different way to forget him, one that would rid her mind of him quickly. A
swift, painless death would be the best way to achieve that, she thought.
Yelara looked down upon Kace and knew the bond between them was quickly
becoming weaker. She needed him to believe she loved him more than anyone
or anything. She wanted him to see that Dargus didn't matter, that he was
only a minor annoyance in the life they would share together. She would
show him that 'Kace' was the only name she ever called out in the throes of
passion.
Yelara knelt at Kace's feet, looking up at him with desperation in
her face as she undid his pants, furiously groping within his underpants for
his cock. She had to prove he was all she ever wanted. He had to see that
she would do anything for him, even things she had never done for Dargus.
As if possessed by a need to convince Kace of her loyalty, to convince him
that she submitted only to him, and not Dargus, Yelara grabbed the base of
Kace's cock and brought her moistened lips to it. She looked up at Kace,
tears filling her eyes, as she wrapped her warm mouth around it and let her
tongue dance along it as she had done with Kace's own tongue at one time.
The tears ran down as Yelara tried to appease Kace. If he saw that she was
willing to grovel before him, put herself into a vulnerable position for
him, then maybe she could regain what she was quickly losing.
Kace fought back surprise at first as Yelara began to pleasure him. The
tears in her eyes sent a sharp pain through Kace's heart. His love for her
felt like an inferno. He felt himself moan as his eyes closed tight. He
started to lose himself in the sensations when he realised what she was
doing. "No," he whispered. "Please, no. Yelara, we can't do this now."
He gently pushed her away. "It can't work. I can't do this. When you do
go back to him, it's just going to drive me insane." The pain in his eyes
was clear, as was his need for her. "A clean break is the best way." As he
looked at her, tears glistened in his eyes.
"No!" Yelara hollered back. She gripped Kace's pant legs in trembling hands
as the tears spilled from her eyes. "Kace, please don't do this. I don't
know what you want from me. Just tell me and it's done," she said
desperately. She hugged Kace's legs and cried loudly as her body became
enveloped with tremors. "I love you Kace. Don't do this to me."
"Why do you have to go to Dargus? What can you get from him that you can't
get from me? Why do I have to share you with the one person I hate more
than anything in this universe?"
Yelara remained on the ground, taking in staggering breaths as she tried to
compose herself. She knew if Kace left her, she wouldn't survive for long,
judging from how she was reacting to his rejection. She was beginning to
lose touch with why she was still with Dargus. She had given up her plight
against the Empire, so his money and power were now worthless to her. She
enjoyed the sex with him, but the physical fulfillment was fleeting, and
when the pleasure ended, she was left with only an emptiness inside. With
Kace, their physical union only amplified and solidified what they felt for
each other. She felt her love burn stronger every time they touched and
every time she heard him say her name. She loved Kace, of that she was
certain and she was beginning to realize that was all she needed now.
"Alright, Kace," Yelara whispered as her tears began subsiding. "It's
over." Yelara placed her hand on his and caressed it gently. "Dargus is
nothing to
me. I won't see him again. I don't want to lose you, Kace, and Dargus is
certainly not worth it. You are. When we reach Tae'Karada, I will inform
Dargus that our arrangement is no longer one. And to prove it, Kace,"
Yelara
said, pausing as her lips curled into a smile, and her eyes found his,
"marry me."
Kace stared at Yelara, his eyes large and his shock evident. A strong
breeze through the cockpit would have knocked him over. He heard himself
laugh and knew he was smiling. He nodded, afraid, for the moment, to trust
his voice. Finally, he found it. "Yes," he said. "With all my heart,
yes." He leaned forward and kissed her deeply.
Yelara wrapped her arms around Kace's neck and felt a wave of joy ripple
through her. For once in her life, she felt confident in the decision she'd
made and actually believed she had taken the right path to happiness. Kace,
to her, was
happiness. His smile, the pools of blue that were his eyes, beaming down at
her just made her feel so alive. She pulled away for a moment to look at
Kace and immediately she saw the despair and hopelessness that had once
resided in his eyes, disappear. "This is right, Kace. I can feel it.
We're
good together and stronger as one than when we were two separate beings.
Nothing can stop us, Kace."
Kace smiled, the stress of the last day turning to vapour and dissipating.
"Nothing," he repeated. He kissed her again, enjoying the feel of her lips
against his, her body so close, her smell. He stood and pulled her up with
him, kissing her again. "Let's retire to someplace more comfortable,
preferably with a bed. And you then you can continue what you started while
I do the same to you."
Kace led the way back toward the private cabins, pausing momentarily to put
himself back in his pants, at least until they got into the room. As he
pushed open the door, he looked back at Yelara again, his eyes full of love.
In his life, he had never known love as he felt it then. Beside him as
they moved through the ship, he realised he had everything he'd ever wanted.

Alisson stopped by her chambers and quickly changed
her clothing to more suitable dressings: tight black
leather pants with black long boots, a grey tank top
and her black leather jacket.
She took her blaster and her double edged lightsaber
and headed out to the Royal Palace Docking Station,
where she had her Slave II vessel. Boarding it, she
left the planet immediately, her destination being
Bimmissaari.
She had never gone to that particular sector but it
was known for being an Imperial Outpost. Tae'Karada conducted business with
them, as well as they did
with some Rebel Outposts. Alisson herself shared the
Tae'Karadan neutrality for the most part, taking
neither side in this war, but she did tend to prefer
the Rebel cause rather than the cold imperial one.
She entered Hyperspace at the maximum velocity her vessel
was capable of traveling at a 0.5 above lightspeed, so
she made her way quite quickly. She planned to lay low
as the High Princess had requested. It was quite easy to do so
as her vessel had a cloak to prevent the ship from
appearing in radars or scans. And even if she was
noticed, she could easily pass as a bounty hunter. And
even though no one liked a bounty hunter, they were
respected.
It was curious that she had a modified and improved
version of Boba Fett's starfighter. It was quite a
surprise for those who would go against it, with its
hidden arsenal. She exited hyperspace and was near the
High Princess' cargo vessel en route to Bimmissaari. She could
see that they were about to dock with the station and
she wondered whether things would go smoothly.
She checked if her cloaking systems were running as
expected and had a positive response. She should pass
unnoticed, and surely she was as she had not been
hailed by Imperial forces so far... She would wait to
see what happened.
